Individual Note

From Ralph Miller:"I remembered a story that Nan sent to my mother in the early 1950's in a letter. She lived and eventually died in Santiago Chile. She taught at the English school. One time she travelled up to San Francisco to visit with her brother and his wife (Violet) and children. That was in about 1926 (haven't got notes in front of me). She took the boat from SFO to Honolulu."

Well remembered by Ralph, as the documents state that she sailed from Manzanillo, Mexico, on the City of San Francisco, on 2 January, 1925. At San Francisco she gave her final destination as Honolulu. However she has recorded her occupation in Valparaiso, Chile, as Domestic.
