Individual Note

In 1891 Laetitia is a boarder at 5 & 7 Claremont Road, Bristol, described in the census as a High Class Girls School, run by a Mrs Sarah Robertson. He husband James Robertson is Assistant Superintendant Postal Telegraph, and their nieces are Telegraphists. There seem to be six teachers living at the school, and seven girls boarding. One imagines there were more pupils.
