At some point Edmund or Edward (it is never clear what he was called, even in the baptism register) became BurrowS.In 1819 Edmund Burrow is apprenticed to Elizabeth Crocker, for Comhead West10

Note on Wife: Grace CONIBEER

Grace was apprenticed to Robert Madge in 1809.

 

Bastardy order made against James Fey on 26th October 1818 of one guinea for Grace Conibeer's lying in and eighteen pence weekly for maintenance. A second order was made on 21st November 1822 as the original had been mislaid. The replacement was for only one pound for lying in and 15 pence for maintenance! Bastardy order made against John Screech in 1823, as the father of Samuel Connibeer.
