 | | Family Photos These pages illustrate our family histories, with photos of people, memorials and places. As the volume of this photo album grew, it became clear that I would have to find a better way to organise the photos. And that was always going to be limited by my capabilities at web site creation. Photos are now grouped on separate pages according to family relationships. There are pages for now for the Heard, Pitts, Wright and Berry families and their in-laws, and a separate page for photos of those places that feature in their family histories.

Heard Family As well as the Heards this page features the many families connected by marriage - Saffins, Turners, Drews, Feys, Fursdons, Canns, Haydons, Hectors, Bonds, Pollards, Pymans, Johns and Willeys. 152 pictures.
| Pitts Family The Pitts family of the South Hams, and their in-laws, the Crockers, Blacklers, Furzes, Davises, Wheelers and Arscotts. 64 pictures
|
Wright Family The Wrights of Sandford, with Picketts, Boydells, Willings, Petts, Huxtables, Horsells and Lillicraps. 130 pictures
| Berry Family
Berry, Milton, Fursey, and Donald families. 21 pictures |
This album could not have been created without the tremendous help of my cousins, both real and virtual, who have so generously provided so many of the images. I apologise to them for my pestering which all here seem to have cheerfully borne. These generous people are: Norina Dixon, Rexie Akwei, Helen Bevan, Anthony Blackler, David Heard, John Pickett, Susan Pickett, Richard Inglis, Bob Greenslade, Doreen Piggott, Peter Day, Gertie Heard, Peter Wright, Derek Heard, Janet Curwen, Tony Pickett, Myra Heard, Albert Labbett, Sue Davey, Joan Bagnall, Stephanie Keates, Richard Wright, Rita Tyrell, John Taylor, Stephen Bantin, Agnes Davis, Faye Edwards, Vivien Boyd, Shirley Wilfong-Pritchard, Sarah Hughes, Emily Rocha, Valerie Golightly, Graham Andrews, Ralph Miller, Jan Dickinson, June Farrelly, Trevor Hayes, David Andrew, Linda Wright, Mrs V.G. Facey, Caroline Bullock, Myra Briard, Richard Sharland.
Special thanks to Ian Hillman for the portraits of Elizabeth Harris and Nicholas Pitts, whose only connection to the family is his ownership of those fine portraits, and thus didn't even have to indulge me for blood or marriage ties, and for all the research he has done on that branch of the Pitts family. Photographs of the Radford Estate are reproduced with the permission of Plymouth Library Services.
