Note on Husband: Gerald Thomas GODING
Family stories suggest that house maid Mary was made pregnant by Thomas, and in consequence the black sheep was given £7000 as his inheritance and a passage to Australia for him and his partner. They sailed to Australia in 1862 where he started a new life.
