Is she related to Frances Boddy's husband? In 1861, still in Parliament street, with children William, Eliza, Fanny, Emily and Mary.

In 1841 brother and sisters Frederick, Eliza and Fanny were living in Bowden Hill together.
In 1871 Eliza was widowed, and living with children (William) Richard, Mary and Edith, and unmarried sister Ann in Parliament Street.
In 1881 Eliza was with son Richard, and sister Ann, by now at 13 High Street Crediton.
In 1891 Eliza was living with daughter Emily and her husband in Cowick Street, Exeter
